Being from New Jersey, there was nowhere to ride. Spent several years traveling to Upstate NY to ride 4wheelers and a few spots in PA. Unfortunately, NJ is not ATV/UTV friendly, but it lead to the search for a bigger and better place to ride. During 2009 we found Hatfield & McCoy Trails, we had to check it out. Our first trip to WV was planned during Trail Fest 2009. We fell in love with ⛰ THE MOUNTAINS ⛰ and endless trails to ride❣️❣️❣️
In the fall of 2018 I Annie & Jody, owners of Devil Anse ATV Resort. They invited me into their home during a short stay to view a home for sale on the hollar leading to their resort.
I met Missy, the previous owner, who I had been in contact with for weeks prior to my visit to view the home in person and I fell in love and felt right at home.
I have considered Annie & Jody family from the day they opened their home to me. With Annie’s permission, that is how the name Devil Anse Home Rental was established. Her place is a beautiful RESORT that is directly on the Devil Anse Trail system. Trail #1 leading to their resort and HMT merchandise store.
August 2018 I closed on the house and started the sharing of a wonderful place for others to vacation, ride, enjoy with friends and family and make beautiful memories.… The start of a dream coming to fruition. Devil Anse Home Rental was established. Who can get enough of WEST VIRGINIA? You’ll keep coming, just like I did, since 2009.
